Alice in Wonderland

Alice -

I think Alice is a calm and considerate person. Alice shows no anger and if she feels it she composes her self very well. I feel like she looks and seems to others as weak but is quite strong willed and determined to show others that she is the real Alice.

I was led to feel this way about Alice because of how her, as a character, was portrayed. She is seen as weak in my behalf because of the texture of her skin which is quite pale and how she keeps getting smaller and smaller when she drinks the potions. My views on her change drastically when she confront the catapilla  and says she's sick of being pushed around and being told she's not the real Alice. It also changes when she chooses to fight the Jabawaki and defeat the Red Queen. I now see Alice as a strong willed and determined girl.

The Mad Hatter -

I think The Mad Hatter is a man who's been through a whole lot that has made an effect on is life. I feel like he is a little mad and crazy but this was caused by how the Red Queen treated him.

I was led to feel this way about The Mad Hatter because of what his costume and the way he acted was portrayed. His costume, I thought, made him look a little mad and crazy because of his hair and eyebrows, which were a crazy fiery red, his eye colour and voice would change when he was mad and his clothes consisted of nice but old and raggy clothes. I soon realised why he was a little crazy and then changed my view on him because of what happened to him and the White Queen. I think the director made The Had Hatter very believable with its make-up and costume.
